The present study tried to examine the relationship bonding of supply chain partners on the environmental efficiency and sustainable competitiveness of focal firms in the context of SMEs using the primary survey. A positive relationship was confirmed between supplier relational bonding and the focal firms' environmental efficiency and sustainable competitiveness. The study further revealed the positive relationship between customers' relational bounding and the focal firms' environmental efficiency and sustainable competitiveness. The outcome of this study helped the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to formulate their relationship management strategies and policies for overcoming resource constraints and achieving the desired outcome.
